Speaker A:Let's take a moment and just settle our minds before the Lord.
Speaker A:Father God, I thank you that you are here with us today, that you are with us.
Speaker A:You're present with us all the time, wherever we're watching, from wherever we are watching.
Speaker A:It doesn't matter what day, what time, how far in the future, whether this is years from now or you're watching live today.
Speaker A:Lord, I thank you that you know us.
Speaker A:You know everything about us.
Speaker A:You called us by name.
Speaker A:You have a plan for our life that is good, that is, that is to live a long life with an expected end.
Speaker A:Lord, I thank you that you have given us ears to hear and a mind to understand and a heart that is open to the, to the power of the Holy Spirit and to the gospel.
Speaker A:Lord, let us be able to help us to be able to understand, to comprehend and to make our own every word that you have for us today.
Speaker A:In Jesus name, Amen.
Speaker A:Awesome.
Speaker A:So let's get into this now.
Speaker A:We started last week.
Speaker A:I'd encourage you.
Speaker A:We're in the second part of a series here, so make sure you go back after this program and watch the previous one, okay?
Speaker A:But we use.
Speaker A:We started looking at this verse in Hebrews 4:11.
Speaker A:So if you have your Bibles turn over there to Hebrews 4:11, we're looking at miracle patterns.
Speaker A:You know, sometimes we think I need a miracle or I need a healing or we don't know what we need.
Speaker A:We just need help.
Speaker A:Right?
Speaker A:You know, Jesus is there, even if you don't know what you need.
Speaker A:Help is a powerful prayer.
Speaker A:So, you know, people throw this word amount around for miracles all of the time, and they don't really differentiate what they need, whether they need a healing, whether they need a miracle, which really is a suspension of a natural law.
Speaker A:It's when God does something that supersedes some, some natural law that's already available in the world, like healing, for example.
Speaker A:People often mix up healing and miracles.
Speaker A:And let me just give you.
Speaker A:I wasn't going to go here, but let me just explain this a little bit to you.
Speaker A:I don't want you to get really caught up in the Semantics of this.
Speaker A:But there is a difference between a healing and a miracle.
Speaker A:Now, your body is naturally designed to heal itself, right?
Speaker A:So, you know, if we bump ourselves, if we graze our knee, if we injure ourself in some way, your body is naturally designed to heal itself.
Speaker A:That's why the argument that God doesn't want as well is really flawed.
Speaker A:Because if that was true, then why did he create you with a body to heal itself?
Speaker A:He'd be going against his own will, wouldn't he?
Speaker A:Every time your body healed of something, he'd be going against the very will of God.
Speaker A:So that argument is flawed in the first place.
Speaker A:But your body is created with an immune system.
Speaker A:If you get a cold, if you get a bug of some kind, your body will naturally go to work to defend you and to attack that virus or whatever it is that's trying to infiltrate your body.
Speaker A:Your body is naturally designed to heal itself.
Speaker A:And so when we receive healing, it's really just a supernatural speeding up of a process that is already present in the body because your body's already created to heal itself.
Speaker A:When we pray and, and you see an instantaneous manifestation of healing that is just that natural process sped up to such a degree that it seems instantaneous.
Speaker A:Right?
Speaker A:Excuse me, let me have a little sip of water here.
Speaker A:You know, coming back to Colorado, it's so cry, you know, but, but when we need a miracle that is something a little different, that is this, that is what we call a suspension of a natural law.
Speaker A:So, for example, if somebody had an organ that was missing or removed, or they had a limb that was detached in some way, or they had, you know, like at one limb that was considerably shorter than the other, or maybe they had a deformity.
Speaker A:Excuse me, a deformity in an area of their body.
Speaker A:You know, no amount of healing that, that isn't a matter of.
Speaker A:You just wait a little extra time and that leg's going to regrow or that eyeball is going to be recreated, no amount of time, no amount of healing time is going to fix that.
Speaker A:There is a mutation there.
Speaker A:There is a gene that is missing.
Speaker A:There is something that is not complete in the body.
Speaker A:Then when we minister to you, you're going to need a miracle, right?
Speaker A:That's the difference between a miracle and a healing.
Speaker A:Now, when you're praying or even when you're receiving prayer, don't get so hung up in what you need, because Jesus knows what you need, right?
Speaker A:And that's an interesting comment there from Copenhagen says that people preach against healing are the first people to go to the doctors.
Speaker A:Go figure.
Speaker A:You know what it's.
Speaker A:But sometimes people's faith is in different things.
Speaker A:And the Lord just wants you to be well.
Speaker A:And you know, he will meet you wherever your faith is at.
Speaker A:So absolutely, there's the irony in that.
Speaker A:But there's a difference between a healing and a miracle.
Speaker A:And I just wanted to lay that out for you.
Speaker A:But you know what?
Speaker A:Miracles have patterns.
Speaker A:God designed.
Speaker A:We talked about this last week.
Speaker A:God created the world with patterns.
Speaker A:He created a pattern in a seed form so that when seeds would, um, would, you know, in an apple tree.
Speaker A:Apple trees grow apples.
Speaker A:And in those seeds, inside of those apples is the pattern, the blueprint for more and more and more apple trees.
Speaker A:Right?
Speaker A:There's a blueprint for mankind, and that is in our DNA.
Speaker A:It's designed how the.
Speaker A:The.
Speaker A:The.
Speaker A:The creation of mankind.
Speaker A:God put it in the DNA, in, in between men and women.
Speaker A:So when those come together, they.
Speaker A:That's the blueprint for human life.
Speaker A:There are miracles.
Speaker A:That miracle of birth follows a pattern.
Speaker A:Now, sometimes those patterns are so sped up that we don't even realize that there's a pattern at all.
Speaker A:But that's the way that God created the world.
Speaker A:You know, in Hebrews 4:11.
Speaker A:Hopefully you've got there.
Speaker A:Ready?
Speaker A:It's this.
Speaker A:Is this scripture?
Speaker A:Let us labor, therefore, to enter that rest as anyone fall by the same pattern of unbelief.
Speaker A:Now, this is a really interesting scripture, this word labor.
Speaker A:And you might be thinking, what has this got to do with healing?
Speaker A:Well, actually, quite a lot.
Speaker A:Let's look at this word labor.
Speaker A:The Lord labor.
Speaker A:It means to study, to move forward, to make an effort, to make haste, to quickly, to make haste, quickly, to move quickly.
Speaker A:That means diligence.
Speaker A:You know, it's saying here, Be quick, to study, be quick, make haste to be diligent, to enter the rest.
Speaker A:What is this rest is to.
Speaker A:There's an urgency here.
Speaker A:You know, we think of the word labor as just working, you know, out in the garden, farming or laboring or something.
Speaker A:But this, this word is talking about study the word and move quickly towards it.
Speaker A:Study what the.
Speaker A:The Lord says and move quickly to enter into the rest that's been provided.
Speaker A:Well, what is this rest?
Speaker A:What does this mean?
Speaker A:Well, you know, what Jesus created for us.
Speaker A:Arrest.
Speaker A:We call that the finished work of the cross.
Speaker A:You know, when he died and rose again on the cross, was that he paid for our sin.
Speaker A:He also paid at the same time for our healing from sickness.
Speaker A:You know, when we take Communion, you know, in First Corinthians, chapter 11, Jesus is quoted in saying this.
Speaker A:And when he, when he holds up the elements and he says, this is my body that was broken for you.
Speaker A:And he says, this is the cup, you know, this is the cup, you know, take in remembrance of me and do it often, you know, in the same way that the blood of Jesus was payment for your sin, the broken body of Jesus on the cross was payment for your healing, right?
Speaker A:And when we take communion, maybe we'll do a lesson on communion at some point.
Speaker A:When we take communion, both those elements, the bread and the wine, we remember the resurrection of Jesus, the sacrifice and the resurrection of Jesus because it's in that Jesus that we find rest.
Speaker A:And Jesus actually says, you know, sometimes it says, exactly, examine yourself, because there are people that don't examine themselves.
Speaker A:And therefore they, they, they fail to recognize the, the gravity of that sacrifice, the gravity, the payment, how great that payment was.
Speaker A:And for that reason, some are still sick or even die amongst you.
Speaker A:You know, if we don't recognize the miracle of Jesus's resurrection and the power that was contained in from sin and to heal our bodies from sickness, we're going to walk around living at a standard that's far below what he created us to live at.
Speaker A:We're not, we're going to fail to enter into that rest.
Speaker A:That rest is the place of that finished atonement that Jesus paid for us to have.
Speaker A:And it's saying here in Hebrews 4:11, you know, be quick, study, move forward, make haste, be diligent to enter in, to come to understand everything for which he's paid for us to have.
Speaker A:And it goes on to say, lest anyone fall by the same pattern of unbelief.
Speaker A:Now this is referring to a pattern of unbelief.
Speaker A:What is that pattern of unbelief?
Speaker A:Well, if you read it in context with the rest of Hebrews 3 and Hebrews 4, it's referring to the children of Israel.
Speaker A:The children of Israel.
Speaker A:It says that they were not able to enter the rest because of their unbelief.
Speaker A:You know, in other words, they took the slaves out of Egypt.
Speaker A:They were free.
Speaker A:Remember the, the story of Moses, right?
Speaker A:Exodus, Moses in, in the book of Exodus, led.
Speaker A:It's the whole story of the plagues of Egypt.
Speaker A:You know, he, he escaped Pharaoh, he and led the millions and millions of people and the, the Israelites that were in bondage, that were slaves to the Egyptians.
Speaker A:He led them out towards the promised land.
Speaker A:Now here's the problem, you know, the, it wasn't supposed to be years and years of wandering in the wilderness.
Speaker A:They were supposed to be maybe, maybe a few weeks, and they were supposed to be in the promised Land, you know, and it actually says, there's several scriptures actually in psalms and different places.
Speaker A:It says, you know, when, when the Lord led the children out of Egypt, there was none sick or feeble amongst them.
Speaker A:You know, that's, that's, that in itself is a pattern of a miracle.
Speaker A:If you take, you know, there's probably several million that came out in that one go.
Speaker A:If you take a survey of several million people and there's not one sick or weak among them out of the whole group, that's pretty miraculous.
Speaker A:You know, during that time, even though it took longer, and the reason it took longer to get to promised Land was because of their pattern of unbelief.
Speaker A:They were not laboring to enter the rest.
Speaker A:The Promised land was a place of rest for them that God had designed for them.
Speaker A:But their thinking, their pattern of unbelief stopped them from seeing the miracle of deliverance that they had just received and kept them in a place of bondage, kept them in a place of torment, and they were never able to enter the rest.
Speaker A:In fact, some of, you know, many of them other than Joshua and Caleb, literally generations of people had to die out.
Speaker A:That's why they had to spend 40 years in the wilderness.
Speaker A:Because of their disobedience, they would not renew their mind to the truth of the fact that God was their deliverer, God was their provider, God was going to take care of them.
Speaker A:They just could not free their mind from the slavery of Egypt.
Speaker A:You know, they say you can take the slave out of Egypt, but can you take the slavery out of their minds?
Speaker A:You know, the Israelites were free physically, but mentally, they were still slaves.
Speaker A:And you know, they, it says here they, they fell by the same pattern of unbelief because they failed to recognize the miracle patterns that God had set up, the miracle patterns that led to their deliverance, that led to their freedom.
Speaker A:And because they didn't recognize what God was doing and they continued to walk in fear, fear and the same ways of thinking that they had all before.
Speaker A:They failed to be able to enter into the supernatural power of God.
Speaker A:And generations had to die out until God could start again with just Joshua and Caleb going in.
Speaker A:Man, that was a big deal.
Speaker A:So it's saying here in Hebrews, don't let us make the same mistake.
Speaker A:Let us be diligent, let us study, let us move forward.
Speaker A:Let us make haste quickly and renew our mind to the truth of God's word when it comes to this, this area of healing, lest we fall like the.
Speaker A:Like the Israelites did, back into our old thinking.
Speaker A:Now, I had a lady one time, and I'll give you an example of this.
Speaker A:You know, she.
Speaker A:Sometimes sickness and disease will condition us.
Speaker A:Sometimes we've been sick for such a long time, you know, we've just forgotten what it's like to be.
Speaker A:To.
Speaker A:To be healed.
Speaker A:Or maybe we were born sick and we just don't know any different.
Speaker A:You know, the longer that you have struggled with a situation, the more of that situation is wrapped up in your identity.
Speaker A:It's not just that we're sick in our flesh.
Speaker A:We start to get sick in our thinking.
Speaker A:We start get to sick.
Speaker A:Get sick in the way that we process things.
Speaker A:You know, our brain is designed to take in information and create patterns that then our physical body responds to.
Speaker A:So put it like this.
Speaker A:If you, if you think like a victim, you become a victim.
Speaker A:If you think like a victor, you become victorious.
Speaker A:If you think like a poor person, you will stay poor.
Speaker A:If you think like a prosperous person, you can move into poverty.
Speaker A:Our thinking really changes things.
Speaker A:You know, they did a study recently and they took two.
Speaker A:I looked at two identical.
Speaker A:They were identical twins and they grew up in the same household.
Speaker A:They literally are physically as identical twins are identical human beings.
Speaker A:They had the same DNA, same fingerprints, everything, right?
Speaker A:Same parents.
Speaker A:They grew up in the same household, they had the same opportunities, they had the same physical makeup.
Speaker A:And yet when they interviewed them as adults, one was serving life in life term in jail, and the other one was the CEO of a Fortune Fortune 500 company, very successful.
Speaker A:And then they interviewed them.
Speaker A:They asked them the same question.
Speaker A:What was it about your childhood, about the environment that you grew up in that led you to make the life decisions that you made to bring you to the point that you're in today.
Speaker A:And you know what the interesting thing was?
Speaker A:They both had the same answer.
Speaker A:Well, it was because of my childhood.
Speaker A:It was because I.
Speaker A:You know, if you'd had a mother like I had, if you had a father like I had, if you'd had the situation at home that I had, what other option did I have?
Speaker A:And yet one was very successful and one was incarcerated.
Speaker A:See, it wasn't really the environment, it wasn't really what happened to them that made the difference.
Speaker A:It was the patterns in their mind that they allowed those experiences to create and how their bodies responded to those patterns that led One down a path of destruction and one to a path of life.
Speaker A:Man, that is, then that's just a world study.
Speaker A:You know, the way that we interpret, the way that we use our experience, the things that happen to us in this world.
Speaker A:You know, our body is really just looking for our mind.
Speaker A:It's looking for an imagination to follow our body.
Speaker A:Our physical body will follow whatever our brain thinks upon.
Speaker A:You know, in Proverbs it says, as a man thinks in his heart, so is he.
Speaker A:We become who we perceive ourselves to be.
Speaker A:I had a lady one time that was critically ill.
Speaker A:She was riddled.
Speaker A:Every one of her joints had seized using a terrible amount of pain.
Speaker A:Elderly lady, she came to a conference, we prayed for her.
Speaker A:She was miraculously healed.
Speaker A:By the end of the conference she was up running around the room.
Speaker A:She's like 80 years old running around the room, pushing a wheelchair in front of her.
Speaker A:I mean like it was miraculous.
Speaker A:The whole place went crazy.
Speaker A:Well, at the end of the evening, her husband comes and says, come on dear, come get back in your wheelchair, it's time to go home.
Speaker A:And there was a part of me watching this that my heart just sank because I knew what that meant.
Speaker A:You see, she was so conditioned to thinking like, oh, this is the wheelchair, I'm just going to sit in it and I'm going to be, you know, a victim in being pushed around.
Speaker A:So she did what was natural to her, what she'd been doing for years and years and years.
Speaker A:Her body, her mind was, followed that pattern.
Speaker A:And it's almost like in that moment she forgot the miracle pattern that she just experienced and sat down back in the place of being a victim, back in the place of being sick.
Speaker A:You know, the next day she came back, it was a multi day event.
Speaker A:She came back the next day back in the wheelchair.
Speaker A:Every one of her symptoms was back in her body.
Speaker A:Man, we do not want to be like that.
Speaker A:We want to be people that will walk in the miraculous power of God.
Speaker A:The miraculous power of God.
Speaker A:And the more that we, we study the scripture, the more that we see that, the more that we'll identify with who God created us to be.
Speaker A:Who do we think we are?
Speaker A:Do we think ourselves sick?
Speaker A:Maybe sickness is a reality to you and that is why you're watching Power Hour today.
Speaker A:You know, for many years I was chronically sick.
Speaker A:And I know that whole time I think, I thought, I thinked, I thunk, I thought like a sick person.
Speaker A:And so my body responded to being sick.
Speaker A:It was a vicious cycle that went round and round and round.
Speaker A:But then one day, I heard a word.
Speaker A:I heard a truth.
Speaker A:I heard a scripture, and I believed in my heart.
Speaker A:I responded to that scripture and I received it in my heart.
Speaker A:It wasn't just a word on a page.
Speaker A:It was a scripture that became mine.
Speaker A:And I started to think differently.
Speaker A:I started to let my body and my brain imagine what.
Speaker A:What would it like to be well, what would it be like to be well, what would it be like not to have seizures anymore?
Speaker A:Well, let me just tell you, this was.
Speaker A:How old is Hannah?
Speaker A:She's 21.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:So, you know, that was 20 years ago.
Speaker A:That was 20 years ago.
Speaker A:And I went from having seizure after seizure after seizure to having no seizures at all, to coming off all epilepsy, all anticonvulsant medication.
Speaker A:And I had an anesthesia for 20 years.
Speaker A:But that started with a scripture that got into my thinking.
Speaker A:And I started to study it.
Speaker A:I started to hasten towards it.
Speaker A:I started to imagine it on the inside.
Speaker A:And I started to think like a person that didn't have epilepsy.
Speaker A:And it was just a short, A very short amount of time before I started to see what I was thinking on the inside to become reality, manifestation of healing in my physical body.
Speaker A:You can read my.
Speaker A:It's a long testament.
Speaker A:You can read it in my book, Miracles and Healing Made Easy.
Speaker A:You know, you can get that on our website.
Speaker A:I think the team have a link to that.
Speaker A:But yeah, that's great.
Speaker A:Scripture, Romans 2.
Speaker A:2.
Speaker A:Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind that you may prove what is the good, the acceptable and the perfect will of God.
Speaker A:We need to renew our mind and let our identity be fooled by what the word of God, who the word of God says that we are rather than our experiences.
Speaker A:Now, I'm not diminishing your experiences because I know people that are going right now through very traumatic things.
Speaker A:I'm just here to encourage you that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Speaker A:That my life is a living testimony that somebody went through some very traumatic things.
Speaker A:And yet today I'm walking in victory.
Speaker A:And you know, I am nothing special outside of Jesus, but I'm not outside of Jesus.
Speaker A:God is no respecter of persons.
Speaker A:And if he can take me from being a victim to being victorious, he'll do the same for you, too.
Speaker A:The word of God will work in whoever believes it.
Speaker A:It'll work for anyone.
Speaker A:Right?
Speaker A:So I want to show you something.
Speaker A:You know, this whole story with the children of Israel was a Big deal.
Speaker A:And there were two people that whole time that thought a little bit differently.
Speaker A:These were Joshua and Caleb.
Speaker A:They were the only couple of people out of all of those millions of people that went into the promised land, entered into that rest, that promised land.
Speaker A:Today, our promised land is relationship with Jesus.
Speaker A:Amen.
Speaker A:The minute we really we, we receive Jesus, the promised lands of is available to us, right?
Speaker A:But here it was a physical land.
Speaker A:And I want you to go on over to numbers chapter 13, and I want to show you some things right here at the beginning of numbers, chapter 13.
Speaker A:This is what Moses was dealing with, right?
Speaker A:And that's absolutely right, Sherry, you know what it takes.
Speaker A:It does.
Speaker A:And Sarah, renewing our mind takes a lot of discipline.
Speaker A:You know, renewing our mind isn't something that happens overnight.

Speaker A:But go on over to chapter 13 of Numbers.
Speaker A:You know, this is when they were spying out the promised land.
Speaker A:You know, they got all the way up to the border here.
Speaker A:And in number, chapter 13, verse 1, it says, the Lord spoke to Moses.
Speaker A:He's led all these people out of Egypt, right?
Speaker A:And he says, send men that they may explore the land of Canaan, which I'm giving to the children of Israel, of every tribe, if their fathers, you will send a man, each one a cheap, a chief amongst them.
Speaker A:So this is really interesting.
Speaker A:He picks out for himself a leadership team, and he sends them into the land of Canaan.
Speaker A:Now, understand this.
Speaker A:This is a reconnaissance mission.
Speaker A:In other words, it says here, send men that they may explore the land which I'm giving to them.
Speaker A:If God told you I'm giving you this land, I'm giving you this gift.
Speaker A:Now, we know that God is faithful.
Speaker A:We know that God's not going to backtrack on his promises, that he always keeps his word.
Speaker A:He doesn't give and take away.
Speaker A:He gives and he gives and he gives and he gives, right?
Speaker A:If we know that if God is giving something to us, we can take it to the bank.
Speaker A:It is a guarantee.
Speaker A:And this is the same with healing.
Speaker A:He's already given us healing in the resurrection of Jesus.
Speaker A:That means we don't have to beg him for him.
Speaker A:He's already given it to us, but we have to take possession of it.
Speaker A:They had to go into the land and look at not if they could take it, but how they were going to take it, how they were going to take it, right?
Speaker A:And so this wasn't an if mission.
Speaker A:This was a guaranteed, but it was a how mission.
Speaker A:How are we going to mobilize and take with us these, you know, these families, these millions of children of Israel that are, you know, back behind us?
Speaker A:This was.
Speaker A:This was to figure out the strategy.
Speaker A:So he gets all his leadership together and he sends them in, right?
Speaker A:And he.
Speaker A:And Moses, you know, he tells them exactly how to do it.
Speaker A:And in verse 18, he says, Go into the land and see what the land is.
Speaker A:And.
Speaker A:And the people that dwell in it, check out.
Speaker A:Look, look, whether they're strong or weak, few or many, check out what the land is like, whether it was good or bad.
Speaker A:Check out what the cities, Check out all the.
Speaker A:The things that are already built there.
Speaker A:The.
Speaker A:The.
Speaker A:The shape, the size of the fortifications, how fruitful the land is, right?
Speaker A:And he says in here, be you, and you be courageous and bring back some of the fruit of the land, some of the produce of the land, the first ripe grapes.
Speaker A:So they go in there, they check out the land, and it says they went up to the Negev, and they went all through the land, and they saw in there the children of Anak.
Speaker A:Now, the children of Anak were giants.
Speaker A:They were huge people, right?
Speaker A:And you know that they brought back a cluster of grapes that were so big, it took a couple of them to carry it between them.
Speaker A:They were huge.
Speaker A:The fruit that grew in that land was massive.
Speaker A:It was a very prosperous land.
Speaker A:It was truly the land that flowed with milk and honey.
Speaker A:It was everything God had said it would be.
Speaker A:But there were some giants in it, by the way.
Speaker A:Now, remember, sometimes we have giants that we need to deal with.
Speaker A:Sometimes we have giants in our body.
Speaker A:Sometimes we have, you know, one of our giants might have a name.
Speaker A:It might be a disease, it might be a condition, it might be a syndrome or a sickness or a virus.
Speaker A:You could say that is the giant that's in your land right now.
Speaker A:God has already said that healing is yours.
Speaker A:Psalm 177.

Speaker A:He sent his word and healed them, right?
Speaker A:Jesus is the word that became flesh.
Speaker A:If we contain Jesus, we contain the healer, the resurrected one.
Speaker A:That means resurrection power lives on the inside of us.
Speaker A:We already contain the healer on the inside because we already contain that promised land, right?
Speaker A:So we've already got.
Speaker A:The victory already belongs to us.
Speaker A:But our body, much like that promised land, might have some.
Speaker A:Some giants in it that we need to evict.
Speaker A:Now.
Speaker A:The victory already belongs to us.
Speaker A:We just need to clean the house.
Speaker A:This is where the children of Israel were.
Speaker A:So they says they returned and they came to Moses, his leadership team that he had sent out, right?
Speaker A:He came and then mo to Moses and Aaron and all of the assembly, all of the millions of people are there listening to hear what is the report going to come?
Speaker A:What are they going to say?
Speaker A:What was that land like?
Speaker A:And they showed them the fruit.
Speaker A:They said, look, here are the grapes.
Speaker A:And they reported to him and said, we have come to the land where you sent us.
Speaker A:And surely it flows of milk and honey.
Speaker A:And this here it is, is the grapes.
Speaker A:However, the people in that land are strong and their cities are fortified and very great.
Speaker A:And we also saw the children of Annex, the giants, the Amalekolites in the land in the GeV, the Hittites, the Jebusites, the Amorites, the Canaanites.
Speaker A:Man, all of the ites were in that land.
Speaker A:And Caleb, he silenced the people.
Speaker A:Now you can imagine if he had to silence the people is because this report sent fear like shockwaves through them.
Speaker A:You know, I tell you, there's.
Speaker A:There's a type of gossip that is the gossip of fear that travels at warp speed like nothing, as bad news travels faster than good news.
Speaker A:You can imagine he had to silence the people and look at the report.
Speaker A:This is the report that I want you to hear.
Speaker A:He silenced the people before Moses and said, let us go up at once.
Speaker A:Remember the word labor.
Speaker A:It means hasten quickly.
Speaker A:Let us hear the word and quickly move towards it.

Speaker A:Because it says, and possess it, for we are well able to overcome it.
Speaker A:I want to say to you, Jane, no matter what sickness, no matter what plague, no matter what circumstance, no matter what, what environment you find yourself in, you are well able to overcome it.

Speaker A:I already have healing resident in my body.
Speaker A:In the name of Jesus.
Speaker A:That means you're well able.
Speaker A:I already have a promise.
Speaker A:I already have a guarantee.
Speaker A:I already have the pattern for the miracle that I need.
Speaker A:And let me just say this.
Speaker A:The enemy will always resist you in the area he knows you have a victory in.
Speaker A:Oh, that's good.
Speaker A:I'm going to say that again.
Speaker A:The enemy will always resist you in the area he knows you already have a victory in.
Speaker A:He's not going to fight you in an area he knows you have no spoil in.
Speaker A:If he doesn't think you already possess.
Speaker A:What possess?
Speaker A:Possesses what he wants.
Speaker A:He won't come try.
Speaker A:Take it from you, you know the enemy is a thief.
Speaker A:Thieves can only steal what you already have.
Speaker A:If you didn't already possess healing in the person of Jesus, he wouldn't be trying to resist you.
Speaker A:He wouldn't be trying to fight you for it.
Speaker A:He wouldn't be trying to steal that healing from you if he didn't think you already have it.
Speaker A:You see, sometimes the enemy knows more about what we have than what we know about what we have.
Speaker A:We've at least got to outsmart the enemy.
Speaker A:Know what you have in Christ, you have the victory you need to take possession of what you have.
Speaker A:You're well able to overcome.
Speaker A:And that's right, Melissa, you doubt those doubts remind the end.
Speaker A:If nothing else, remind the enemy of his future.
Speaker A:Remind him that you're going to be having a first row seat at the Lake of Fire while he.

Speaker A:You know, the things that are on the inside of us can become bigger than they are in our imagination.

Speaker A:And in their mind, as soon as they saw the giants, as soon as they saw the fortified cities, they were like, oh, you know what these people, the battle is already lost.

Speaker A:There's more of them than there is of us.
Speaker A:They're much stronger than we are.
Speaker A:They're already rooted in this land.
Speaker A:They didn't.
Speaker A:Little did they know that the enemy was already afraid of them, had already heard about them, had already was already shaking with fear.

Speaker A:You know, the word possess means in the original language, in the Hebrew, to evict the former tenants.
Speaker A:That's what it means to evict, to dispossess them.
Speaker A:Some of us need to order some eviction notices to symptoms that have been in our body.
Speaker A:They've been present in our body, taking up residence in our body for too long, right?
Speaker A:Too long.
Speaker A:It's time to evict them.
Speaker A:We're well able to overcome this is.
Speaker A:But the men that went up against up with him said, no, we're not able to go up against the people because they're stronger than we are.
Speaker A:And they gave the children of Israel bad report, right?
Speaker A:The they said this, the land.
Speaker A:This is very telling.
Speaker A:The land through which we have gone as spies is a land that devours its inhabitants.
Speaker A:They didn't see any people eating anybody.
Speaker A:Their imagination Saw that.
Speaker A:There's no scripture, there's no recorded accounts of that in scripture, of cannibalism, right?
Speaker A:But here, in their imagination, they may have heard stories.
Speaker A:They may have seen big giants.
Speaker A:They may have felt intimidated.
Speaker A:But their imagination took them to make that attack of the enemy greater than what it was.
Speaker A:It became bigger in their mind.
Speaker A:It created a pattern of unbelief until they were believing a lie.
Speaker A:It devours its inhabitants.
Speaker A:That's not even true.
Speaker A:And the people whom we saw in it were men of great stature.
Speaker A:And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which comes from the giants.
Speaker A:And look at the next verse.
Speaker A:Let me verse 33.
Speaker A:And in our own eyes, we were like grasshoppers.
Speaker A:And so we were, in their eyes, they became, in their own estimation, small and weak, like little grasshoppers.
Speaker A:And so we became small and weak in the eyes of the enemy.
Speaker A:Don't give the enemy that much credit.
Speaker A:Don't give him that much attention.
Speaker A:When we shake in our boots at a doctor's report, when we shake in our boots at a symptom, we are given the enemy too much attention, too much credit.
Speaker A:You should be afraid of us.
Speaker A:We should wake up every morning looking to do damage to the the kingdom of darkness.
Speaker A:When you wake up in the morning, you know the enemy's like, oh, no, they're awake.
Speaker A:They live through another night.
Speaker A:The enemy looks at you and he know what he's not.
Speaker A:He doesn't know your future.
Speaker A:He's not that smart.
Speaker A:But he knows somebody.
Speaker A:He's been around long enough, right since the beginning of time, way back in the gardens.
Speaker A:It's the foundational world.
Speaker A:The enemy knows what potential looks like.
Speaker A:He knows when he sees you, he sees the potential of God on the inside of you.
Speaker A:He sees the victory that you contain.
Speaker A:On the inside of you, he sees the resurrection power of Jesus Christ flowing through your veins.
Speaker A:And he knows you're deadly to his account.
Speaker A:He knows you're deadly to his plans.
Speaker A:So his biggest lie, his biggest trick is deception.
Speaker A:If he can make you believe you're a grasshopper, he knows that's who you will become.
Speaker A:You see, we become who we perceive ourselves to be.
Speaker A:Don't perceive yourself to be a victim at the bottom of a laundry list, under the pile and the weight of many different diagnoses.
Speaker A:Don't see yourself there.
Speaker A:See yourself climbing out of that pile, casting aside every single diagnosis, ripping it out of your medical notes until it does say, doesn't belong to me, those labels do not belong to me.
Speaker A:It's not who I am.
Speaker A:You know what?
Speaker A:I am not Carly the epileptic anymore.
Speaker A:I'm not Kylie the asthmatic anymore.
Speaker A:I'm not Carly the paraplegic anymore.
Speaker A:I'm not Carly the.
Speaker A:The.
Speaker A:The.
Speaker A:The arthritic anymore.
Speaker A:I'm not any of those things.
Speaker A:I.
Speaker A:All of those labels have been destroyed.
Speaker A:They do not belong to me.
Speaker A:But, you know, every single one of those labels clung to me at one point.
Speaker A:They clung to me until I decided to rip them off.
Speaker A:I don't know if you've ever watched a game of flag football.
Speaker A:That's a type of American football that little kids play.
Speaker A:And instead of like, tackling each other, they have a belt with little flags on, right?
Speaker A:And when the opposing team the attack, they have to rip the flags off the waist of the.
Speaker A:Of the other person.
Speaker A:And when they take the flags, you know, they.
Speaker A:They get the point.
Speaker A:The most flags win.
Speaker A:I guess that's how that goes.
Speaker A:Flag football, right?
Speaker A:But we sometimes we carry around on our ways.
Speaker A:Instead of a belt of truth around our waist, we've got like this belt with all these labels of diseases hanging off of us.
Speaker A:We need to rip those flags off, rip those tags and say, that does not belong to me.
Speaker A:That may be a label that's in my medical directory right now.
Speaker A:That's in my.
Speaker A:In my notes.
Speaker A:It's certainly in my past.
Speaker A:But guess what?
Speaker A:It's not going into my future.
Speaker A:It doesn't own me.
Speaker A:It doesn't belong to me.
Speaker A:And you can speak to those labels and say, your time has passed.
Speaker A:You too.
Speaker A:She'll pass, right?
Speaker A:You can speak to those things.
Speaker A:Rip it off, say, that does not belong to me.
Speaker A:You know, I want to say this because I think this is for someone specifically, but failure is not an identity.
Speaker A:Failure is not an identity.
Speaker A:It is an event.
Speaker A:It is a moment in time.
Speaker A:Sometimes we can feel like we can fail and fail and fail and fail until failure becomes so real to us that we wear it like a label.
Speaker A:We wear it like an identity.
Speaker A:Failure to believe God.
Speaker A:Failure to.
Speaker A:To exercise our authority.
Speaker A:Failure to.
Speaker A:To remember scripture.
Speaker A:Failure to pray the right way.
Speaker A:Failure to, you know, whatever right.
Speaker A:We can feel like a failure.
Speaker A:As a believer.
Speaker A:You are not a failure.
Speaker A:You are a child of God.
Speaker A:And if you have just found Jesus right, you've got your whole spiritual life, your whole of eternity ahead of you.
Speaker A:You are far from friendly.
Speaker A:That may have been what was in your past, but it is not.
Speaker A:Is what your future holds.
Speaker A:Victory is like what lies ahead of you are victorious.
Speaker A:You are created to be a son and daughter of the most High God.
Speaker A:I want to show you this.
Speaker A:We need to know who we are and who we belong to.
Speaker A:You know John 1, verse 12, it says this.
Speaker A:As many as received him, as received Jesus.
Speaker A:To them he gave them power to become the sons of God to those who believe on his name.
Speaker A:You know, the minute you believed in Jesus, you have the God gave you the power to become his child.

Speaker A:This is a slogan that we have through our Power Academy.

Speaker A:I got the power.

Speaker A:For anyone that that's been through Power Academy, you can know those four letters really well.

Speaker A:I've got the power of God on the inside of me.
Speaker A:I've got the strength of Jesus that helps me to walk in victory and overcome.

Speaker A:There's some great and precious promises.
Speaker A:So maybe you've seen yourself as a victim.
Speaker A:But I want you to see yourself not as a grasshopper, but as somebody that has, that is well able to overcome, that is well able to take possession of the promise that's already on the inside of you.
Speaker A:You have a promise of God today that belongs.
Speaker A:You don't have to beg God to heal you.
Speaker A:You don't have to beg God to do something.
Speaker A:When you lay hands on people, when you lay hands on yourself in just a moment, you don't have to ask him to do something he hasn't already done.
Speaker A:How many people want you to say I have received Jesus.
Speaker A:Put your hand up if you are.
Speaker A:If you have received Jesus at some point in your life.
Speaker A:Because if your hand is up, that means you contain the life giving power of the risen Savior.
Speaker A:The very healer himself is resident in you.
Speaker A:One third of you is Holy Ghost.
Speaker A:Ghost.
Speaker A:One third of you is overflowing with the power of God.
Speaker A:That means that that that promised land is already.
Speaker A:That healing is already inside of you.
Speaker A:I have the power of God in me.

Speaker A:When we stir ourselves up, when we start to think about every good and perfect promise that God has put on the inside of us, something happens.
Speaker A:Enum Philemon 1:6 says that our faith becomes effective by the acknowledgment of every good thing that's in us, in Christ Jesus.
Speaker A:You know, you've got faith that moves mountains.
Speaker A:You've got faith that is the difference between life and death.
Speaker A:Faith that is in your words, in your tongue, in the words that you speak.
Speaker A:And the more that you give thanks, the more that you acknowledge, the more that you recognize how big God is on the inside of you and how small, small and weedy and pathetic those symptoms are that are trying to make themselves bigger in your body than they really are.
Speaker A:The more you thanks you give to God.
Speaker A:No matter what situation you're in, no matter what environment you're in, no matter what storm is raging on the outside of you, no matter where you've come from, the more you give thanks to God and magnify and glorify his power on the inside of you, the more your faith becomes effective and the more those symptoms will flee from you.
Speaker A:Man, you got to magnify the truth.
Speaker A:Labor to enter into the rest.
Speaker A:Remember that word labor means.
Speaker A:It means to study.
Speaker A:It means to run with haste and diligence and renew our minds to the word of God.

Speaker A:We're going to run boldly into the throne of grace.
Speaker A:Take the healing that belongs to us.

Speaker A:There's a healing happening right down the back of the neck, through the shoulders, down the spine.

Speaker A:It's being replenished.
Speaker A:In Jesus name, everything that has been missing and broken is being restored to you.
